I want a refund

Each refund request is reviewed individually.

A refund is only possible when the purchased goods were not used, including any additional content that may come with a bundle.

Purchased vehicles should not be used at all, or a refund won't be possible.

If you think you qualify for a refund, submit a ticket and provide:

  • Full bundle name
  • Date of purchase
  • Amount paid
  • Bundle content description
